Appraisal review
$175 per hour with a $125 minimum.
Dispute mediation and resolution
$150 paid by both sides of a dispute for up to 1.5 hours of consultation
and advice.
$225 per hour for any time beyond the minimum. Travel and expenses are in
addition. All costs generally are to be split between the parties.
Expert testimony
$225 per hour. $450 minimum for court attendance. $1700 per full day plus travel expenses for any distant testimony. Since substantial time must be set aside for court appearances, cancellations at the last moment are not acceptable, yet unfortunately very common. The minimum fee is payable unless cancellation is given to us a minimum of two working days in advance. Working days are Monday through Friday.
