Jewelry consulting
I know what I like, but I have no idea of how to get it. Who can I trust, or is there some way to better protect myself? Can these two items be taken apart and put together to form a new, modern piece which I could wear? Is this a real diamond? Is there a “problem” with this piece of jewelry?
Appraisal review
We’ll look at appraisal and grading documents that are under dispute or doubted. With our years of experience and substantial time spent teaching appraising to fellow gemologists, we are qualified to render opinions on the appraisal products of fellow professional appraisers when the need arises.
Sales by consignment
You'd like to sell jewelry to raise some cash. Can D. Atlas & Co help us with the legwork and protect our best interests? You probably have little or no idea how to safely sell jewelry and don’t want to just dump it for scrap. Can you find us find a willing buyer? If the jewelry is saleable, probably we can help you. We work on a very reasonable 10% commission on approved sales with a $25 per item handling fee for items we have provided offers on, but not approved by the client for sale. Substantial time is spent obtaining bids regardless of outcome. The decision to sell always remains with you, our client.
